Processing & Delivery Time
All orders placed during the day are processed on the next business day. A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order ships. Delivery time may vary between 9 and 16 days, depending on your location.

Return and Refund Policy

At FieldBorn , every item is created specifically for you, upon order. Due to the nature of production, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of size, color, or personal preference.

However, we are committed to providing quality products. If your item has a manufacturing defect , is damaged , or you receive an order error (wrong product, wrong size sent), we will take care of correcting the situation.

Eligibility requirements

For a request to be accepted:

  • You must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.

  • Please provide clear photos of the product and packaging so we can verify the issue.

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition (except for production-related defects or damage).

Non-returnable products

  • Items ordered in the wrong size/color by the customer.

  • Customized products (if applicable).

  • Gift cards or digital products.

Refund or replacement procedure

  1. Email [your contact address] with your order number and a description of the problem.

  2. Once the claim has been validated, we will offer you either:

    • A replacement of the product at no additional cost.

    • A partial or full refund as appropriate. *Note that the shipping costs for your return are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer*

Reimbursement deadlines

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days , depending on the bank or card issuer.
